Aloe Vera
Inci Name: Aloe Barbadensis

Aloe Vera implementation has its origin in plantations located in Central America. The selected leaves are manually processed, the unsolvable part of the aloe gel is separated and lyophilized.
After separating the gel contained within the Aloe Vera leaves, it gets pressed, filtered and concentrated. The time that takes, from the harvest to the concentration (sometimes up to 40 to 1) has to be less than 6 hours.
The ultra purified grade is obtained by eliminating the impurities from the product.

Aloe Vera reduces prostaglandin E2. A healthy hair is a constant balance between the Prostaglandins; PGF2alpha – PGE2 and PGD2
When hair is not growing properly or starts suffering from hair loss, it is a problem with its source in prostaglandin PGD2. Anti – inflammatory, antibacterial, anti fungal, antioxidant properties.

Wheat Microprotein
Inci Name: Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein

A highly micronized wheat-based protein active. Shoes substantial depth penetration into the hair shaft, forming an excellent basis for effective repair, restructuring and protection from within.

Penetrates deep into the hair cortex to strengthen repair and protect from within. Soothes and calms irritated skin and scalp. Proven anti-inflammatory effect.

Hydrolyzed Collagen
Inci Name: Hydrolyzed Collagen

Our hydrolyzed collagen has low-molecular weight protein (< 1,000 Dalton). These "microprotein actives" have such as small molecular size, that it allows them to deeply penetrate in the skin. This is a prerequisite for repairing, strengthening and protecting hair and scalp from within. Properties

Argan Vegetable Oil
Inci Name: Argania Spinosa Oil

Argan Oil is created from the first cold press of the Argan seeds, a treat exclusively from Morocco.

Reduces inflammation and itching in the scalp. Extraordinary properties to nurture dry skin in the scalp even when it is inflamed by dandruff. Rich in antioxidants. Strong regenerating action. Neutralized free radicals.

Inci name: Urtica Dioica (Green Nettle root)
Inci name: Serenoa Serrulata (Saw Palmetto berries)

There is evidence that when combined, Green Nettle root and Saw Palmetto berries reduce the 5-Alpha-Reductase enzyme activity which is responsible for the conversion of Testosterone into DHT.

Green Nettle root & Saw Palmetto Berries are processed in water with our own fermentation process.

Inci Name: Glycyrrhiza glabra I.

It has been widely used as a drug around the world. The root contains 5%–10% Glycyrrhizin, a sweet tasting substance. Licorice is a remarkable anti-inflammatory agent due to the presence of Glycyrrhetic Acid. Licorice is also used to treat skin irritation, acne and sunburn.

The active anti-inflammatory ingredient is extracted from its root.

Inci name: Viscum album L.

Popular in ancient civilizations such as Celtics and Greeks to heal a wide range of illnesses. Anti-oxidant, Anti-inflammatory, Anti-bacterial.

Mistletoe’s active ingredients come from young berries.

Inci name: Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone

Anti-oxidant. Rich in flavonoids that promotes vascularization of blood vessels. It also helps prevent the hardening of hair collagen fibers.

Obtained from Albedo, the white substrate found underneath the orange peel.

Inci Name: Rosmarinus Officinalis

It has been proven to increase blood flow in the scalp.

Rosemary is obtained from the flowering tops through hydro-distillation.
The main constituents of Rosemary are caffeic acid and its derivatives such as rosmarinic acid; these compounds have also anti-oxidant properties.

Inci Name: Biotin

Hair micro-nutrients. Also known as vitamin H. Biotin nourishes the keratin structures and significantly contributes to hair growth. It also helps regulate the sebaceous gland activity.

Biotin is a water-soluble B-Vitamin from vegetal sources.

Inci Name: Pyridoxine HCL

Pyridoxine plays an essential role in the enzymatic activity. It’s used for the prevention of Seborrhea. As a Vitamin B6, it promotes the inhibitory effect of Zinc.

From raw crops. Mainly corn and whole grain cereals.

Inci Name: Zinc Picolinate

Anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant. It helps inhibit 5-Alpha-Reductase activity, especially when combined with Pyridoxine (vitamin B6).
It helps mitigate inflammation due to over-production of sebum which is one of the most common causes of hair loss.

Zinc Picolinate is one of the most bio-available forms of zinc. It has been chelated to Picolinic amino acids.

Inci Name: Panthenol

Pro-vitamin B5. Micro-nutrient, anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties.
It promotes the growth of stronger new hair while helping existing hair follicles to stay healthy. Dexpanthenol stimulates the synthesis of new collagen and the mitosis cycle.
It improves the hydration of the stratum corneum.

It’s the alcohol analog of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)

Inci Name: Citrus Aurantium L.

Its main compounds are D-Limonere and Oxygenated Monoterpenes. They help promote the blood flow in the scalp.
The Polymethoxylated Flavone present in the Orange Essential Oil is a well known anti-inflammatory agent. It also contains bioactive components such as phenolics, flavonoids and vitamins which have anti-oxidant properties.
Orange essential oil increases the effects of other botanical ingredients when combined.

It’s extracted from the orange peel.

Inci Name: Mentha Piperita

It promotes blood flow. It protects the scalp from irritation and keeps the hair clean for a longer period of time. Peppermint helps provide a cool feeling on the scalp.
Mentha P. activates the TRPM8 receptors which promote blood flow and metabolic activity.

Peppermint oil comes from the leaf of Mentha Piperita plant.

Inci Name: Lavandula Angustifolia

Anti-oxidant, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, free radical-scavenging.
Lavender is well known in traditional natural medicine, in the cosmetic industry and in the healthcare field (dermatology and minor therapy symptoms).
It’s remarkably effective against free radical-scavenging activity and lipid peroxidation.

Lavender Essential Oil is extracted by steam distillation. Both its flowers and its leaves are used.

Inci Name: Thymus Vulgaris extract

Anti-inflammatory. It helps bring balance to the sebaceous gland production. Anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
Thymol and P-Cymene are the main active ingredients of Thyme.

Thyme’s natural essential oil is extracted by steam distillation of the whole plant.

Inci Name: Vitis Vinifera L.

Anti-oxidant ingredient. Grape Seed contains a source of polyphenols such as procyanidins which compare to vitamin C and vitamin E are very effective anti-oxidants.

Obtained from pressed grape seeds.

Inci Name: Ferulic Acid

Anti-oxidant. Specially effective against oxidative stress. It has been reported to have many physiological functions, including anti-oxidant, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties. Overall, the pharmaceutical potential of ferulic acid can be attributed to its ability to neutralize free radicals which cause damage to the DNA cell membrane. Ferulic Acid also synergizes with other antioxidants, especially vitamins C and E.

Commonly found in seeds, leaves, cereal, plants, and fruits such as oat, wheat and rice, coffee, apples and oranges.

Inci Name: Benzyl Nicotinate

It helps create the right environment for the growth of new hair by stimulating blood flow in the scalp.
Benzyl Nicotinate stimulates the micro-circulation and helps dilate blood vessels. Oxygen and micro-nutrients are properly delivered to both the hair follicle and the root.

Derived from Nicotinic Acid. Its common form is B-vitamin/Niacin.

Inci Name: Copper Peptide

Antioxidant. Anti-inflammatory. It reduces 5-Alpha-Reductase. Hair growth stimulating action.
Copper Peptide promotes the synthesis of collagen which acts against its degradation in the hair follicle. It’s an extremely effective inhibitor of Type 1 and Type 2 of 5–Alpha–Reductase.

Copper Peptide is a natural occurring copper complex between three amino acids, Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine Peptide.

Inci Name: Super Oxide Dismutase

It’s a powerful anti-oxidant and free radical-scavenger that brings protection against DNA damage.

Extracted from the seeds of Cantaloupe Melon (Cucumis melo LC., Cucurbitaceae).

Inci Name: Methylsilanol Mannuronate

Re-oxygenation ingredient. Anti-inflammatory properties. It stimulates cellular functions in the dermis and in hair follicles. It increases the hair’s Keratin resistance and improves the quality of new growing hair.

Organic Silicon is a Polysaccharide extracted from a Red Algae (Lithothanium calcareum), from Horsetail (Equisetum arvense), a herbal remedy, or from common bamboo (Bambusa Vulgaris).

Inci Name: Tocopherol

Family of Vitamin E. Anti-oxidant.
Vitamin E is a common name to define natural anti-oxidants such as Alpha and Delta tocopherols. These are specially effective on skin and hair due to their easy absorption by small vessels. They promote micro-circulation.
Delta tocopherol plays an essential role in protecting other natural ingredients in our formulas from oxidation.

They are obtained by vacuum-steam distillation of edible vegetable oil products.
